A. On a hopping tour, the departing time will be on 1:00 pm and the hopping tour will end on 6:00pm.

Pick-up time varies depending on the pick-up location, the day before the hopping day Time and vehicle information are sent via KakaoTalk.

A. Due to the nature of the weather in Cebu, it has a squall-type climate, so it rains quickly and stops Hopping tours are more affected by waves and wind than rain.

The hopping tour will proceed normally even if it rains.

However, it can get cold when it rains, so it would be a good idea to prepare outerwear like a windbreaker.
A. We offer free rental of life jackets, snorkel equipment, masks and flippers, as well as one beach towel per person.

- If you feel cold a lot, it is a good idea to bring outerwear.
A. Marine Park Hilungtungan Island, Olango Island Snorkeling in the middle of the sea Points may change depending on weather conditions.

A. On the day, staff are assigned according to the number of people per team.

(1 staff member per 1 to 3 persons, 2 staff members per 4 to 5 persons and 3 staff members per 6 to 7 persons)

Note: Please understand that staff assignment may change depending on on-site progress.

If you proceed with payment of the reservation deposit, it will be confirmed sequentially we will contact you at KakaoTalk Channel.
A. Hopping tour reservations are open all year round operated as reservations and are available at promotional prices without a deadline.

If you have free space, you can make a reservation the day before, but it may close early, so we recommend making a reservation in advance.
A. Please make a reservation and pay the reservation deposit on after confirmation on the KakaoTalk consultation channel.

To confirm your reservation faster, please pay the deposit and contact our KakaoTalk consultation channel so you can quickly confirm your reservation.
A. Those who use the KakaoTalk channel after paying the reservation deposit to confirm their reservation "Name, English name, date of birth, gender" Please fill it out and send it to us

We will confirm your reservation and send you a text message with instructions.

In the case of pesos and account transfers, payment can be made based on Naver cash purchase on the same day.

1. Reservation Cancellations

Up to 7 days before reservation: 100% refund of deposit

Up to 4 days before reservation: 50% refund of deposit

3 days before reservation to the same day: Non-refundable / no cancellation allowed

2. Reservation Changes

1–2 days before hopping: ₱500 change fee applies

On the day of hopping: Reservation deposit is forfeited. You will need to rebook.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in case of no-show upon pickup.

4. Exceptional Refunds

If hopping is canceled due to bad weather, you may:

Receive a 100% refund, or

Reschedule to a different date free of charge.

Note for Spa Package Guests:
Drop-offs to Cebu City arranged through the spa are paid directly at the spa. Costs vary depending on the spa and will be notified separately.

Important:

No direct airport pickups. If you require airport pickup, we recommend booking a sleeping pack or 0.5-night stay option.

For groups of 4 or fewer with oversized luggage (e.g., golf bags), please book a van for comfort and safety.

A. Legally, all vessels are subject to regular checks once a year.

We will notify you in advance when regular inspections are decided, and during this period, a banca hopping tour will be held.

All programs are the same so that everyone who visits them can leave happy and enjoyable memories I will do my best.

After the hopping tour, go straight to the spa and have a massage after showering. (Spa=Massage)

- Please bring extra clothes (shower supplies and towels are all provided)

However, there may be changes depending on the details. For detailed information regarding the spa, please discuss it at the spa before proceeding!
A. Spa & Massage Options

Massage Type Selection:
Guests may choose between Oil Massage or Dry Massage during their spa session.
(Please confirm your preferred massage type directly at the spa.)

Course Changes:

Course upgrades or changes are possible on-site.

Any additional fees will be settled directly at the spa.

Ocean Spa Exclusive (for Club Detail Hopping Packages)

Guests can upgrade from Oil/Dry Massage → to Stone Massage or Aloe Vera Massage.

Important for Stone Massage:

Stones require pre-heating preparation.

Please inform us at least 1 day before your hopping reservation if you would like to upgrade to a Stone Massage.

Advance notice ensures we can reserve and prepare your upgraded course.
A. Spa package products allow you to drop off your accommodation after the spa. Additional costs apply near Cebu City and Mactan Airport.

For airport drops, free or additional fees may apply depending on the spa. (Direct payment for airport drop fee at spa)

- Airport drop fees are provided on the detailed page for each spa company.
A. If you would like to change courses after paying the reservation deposit, please contact us through consultation and we will inform you.

- You can change courses without refunding your existing reservation.
A. We do not provide sitter service, and staff in charge are assigned to each team.

If you hire a sitter directly and bring it with you Additional cost 1000 pesos per person(Meals + island entrance fee + departure report fee) will be added.
A. You can store your carrier in our shop during your hopping tour.

- Please keep it safe as it is guarded by our guard and only carry valuables with you.
A. Since there is not enough space to shower in the shop, we will drop you off at the resort immediately after hopping.

- If you need a shower after hopping, we recommend the hopping + massage package.
